Beyond the hourly rate there is a fuel charge: $50 for a crew of 2 or 3, more for a crew of 4 or more, since the truck seats only 3 and the rest of the crew needs additional transportation. The minimum charge covers up to the first 3 hours of work; after that, time is billed in 15-minute increments. The rates include up to 15 miles of travel, and anything weighing 250 lbs or more carries an additional heavy-item fee. Whatever else is specific to your job — stairs, a long carry, disassembly — is explained before we start, so there are no hidden charges.

The protective gear the crew works with is included: moving blankets, shrink wrap, straps, floor and door protection. Supplies that stay with you are not — boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap and tape are sold separately, and we can bring them on the day so you are not driving around looking for boxes.

Yes. We book it through the cleaning crew we work with and schedule it for the moment the truck pulls away, so you hand the keys back without going back with a mop. Prices by home size are on our cleaning page — move-out cleaning starts at $430 for a one-bedroom.

Unfortunately, we don't provide pet transportation services. This is because safely transporting pets requires specialized conditions and experience. We recommend making arrangements in advance to ensure your furry friends are safe and comfortable during the move.
