What people use it for
- A marketplace buy. The sofa is a bargain, the seller wants it gone this weekend, and it does not fit in a car.
- A store or warehouse pickup. Bought in person, delivery quoted at weeks out or not offered at all.
- A storage run. Something into or out of a unit, without booking a whole moving day.
- One awkward piece between homes. A wardrobe to a family member, a desk to a new office, a mattress to a student flat.
- The piece that did not fit in the move. It happens; we come back for it.
How it works
- Send a photo and both addresses. Text, chat or the form — a picture of the item answers most of what we would otherwise have to ask.
- You get a price and a day. Within 15 minutes between 8 AM and 8 PM, or $25 off your job if we miss it.
- We collect it. Wrapped and strapped for the drive, not thrown in loose — the same handling as on a full move.
- It goes where you want it. In the room, not left in the driveway. Tell us about stairs when you book and we plan for them.
Worth knowing up front
- We are a moving crew, not an app. Two insured movers and a truck cost more than a van with one driver. What you get for it is people who move furniture every day and pay for it when something breaks.
- Heavy and specialty items. An additional heavy-item fee applies to anything 250 lbs or more, and pianos, safes and pool tables are quoted separately.
- Measure the doorway. The most common problem with a one-item delivery is that it does not fit through the door at the other end. A quick measurement beats a wasted trip.
- More than 3 items, or further than 10 miles? Still doable — we just work the price out with you first rather than surprising you with it afterwards.
- A whole room or more? At that point labor-only help or a full move is usually the cheaper way round. We will say so.
