- Find out whether your building wants a certificate of insurance from the movers.
- Count the flights of stairs and tell us; it is what decides the crew size.
What it costs
Sometimes the same as any other day, sometimes more — and we tell you which on the call. If a crew has a gap, you pay our ordinary rates. If fitting you in means rearranging a day somebody else booked weeks ago, it costs more, and you hear that before you agree to anything.
